I am an editor at publishing house and they have been providing our company service for the past 9 years.  We are under a service contract for both onsite and help by phone.  Their technicians are friendly and very quick to solve my problems when I call.  If the problem cannot be solved over the phone they will schedule a service call and it is usually the same day.  They completely setup out internal network and provided a new website for us along with an online store.
